This information is for you that make your payments through Revolut.
If the payment has been made through Revolut, we at Qasa are unable to see the reference number that you fill in for the transfer in our bank. This is an issue we are aware of from Revolut's side, and unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
If you have made your payment through Revolut, you have to send in the transaction receipt for us to be able to match your payment to your invoice. The transaction receipt must contain that the payment has been approved and sent, the amount, OCR number/message in the transfer, transaction date, and the recipient's information, i.e., Qasa AB.
We always recommend our customers use Wise when making international payments since we haven't seen any issues with them.
We completely understand it could feel complicated having to send in the transaction receipt each month if the payment is made from Revolut. If you haven't used Wise before, we highly recommend you do so for the coming payments, since payments with Wise are automatically registered by our system.
