When signing a lease, a credit check (UC micro) is always performed on the tenants. If the credit check is approved, your deposit will always be one month's rent.
If the credit check is not approved, we may charge two month's rent as a deposit in some cases. This is a way for us to be able to offer everybody the possibility to sign a lease, not limited by people with an approved credit check to sign. The extra deposit serves as an extra security for us. As a tenant you will be informed about the deposit amount when you have signed the lease. If you’d like to know now what deposit you’ll be paying, you can take a credit check that’s valid for a year here.
