Do I have to write an inventory list?

If you sublet your home furnished it can be good to create a list and preferably take photos or film of the inventory in your home at move in. It can save you a lot of time and trouble when the rental period ends if something would be broken etc. The inventory list isn't established when signing the contract, but at the move in and you should both sign it.
