List your home
A few more simple steps and you’ll have your own listing ready. Make sure to upload some nice photos and write a good description – that will make your listing more attractive, and save you time later on. Note that your contact details will not be published in the ad. Tenants will contact you by sending an application in Blocket bostad.
Publish your home
When the ad is ready, you click Review and publish to send it to review. Our team will review it and you'll receive an email when it's ready. Please note that you'll have to verify your identity with BankID in order for the listing to be published.
When publishing your home, you will get two options:
1. Publish on Blocket bostad marketplace - 199 kr
Your ad will be listed on Blocket bostad web and mobile apps. You will receive applications at the webpage only (bostad.blocket.se).
2. Publish on Blocket bostad marketplace and opt in for the service Hyrespaketet (Safe rental)
If you opt in for Hyrespaketet, the ad costs the same (199kr). In addition, you sign up for using the service via Blocket's subsidiary Qasa. The service includes for example a rent guarantee, rent handling, deposit handling and support 7 days a week. The cost for the service is 6.99% of the monthly rent. Read more about Hyrespaketet.
Review applications
As soon as your listing is published you can start receiving applications to your home. Our system gives you a great overview over all interested applicants, making it easy to spot your match.
Get in touch
Once you have found an interesting applicant, start a conversation through our messaging function. Take the opportunity to ask questions, and maybe to schedule a time to show the house.
Safe rental (Hyrespaketet)
If you choose our service Hyrespaketet, we will support your before, during and after the rental period. The service includes e.g. a tailored rental agreement and a promise to always deliver you the rent on the 25th each month. Read more about Safe rental
Tailor your rental agreement
When you have found a suitable tenant it is time to generate a rental agreement. Most information is already sourced from your listing and your personal profile and, based on a few simple questions, a tailored rental contract is generated to suit your needs. Once you are satisfied, you sign it online using BankID. If you or the tenant does not have a BankID you can contact us in the chat and we will help you.
We handle all payments
We will transfer the rent to your bank account, on time, every month. We handle debt collection and late payments so you won't have to.
Also, if your tenant is covered by our "Rent guarantee", we will cover up to six months of missing rental payments in the case your tenant fails to pay. This gives you some time to find a new tenant, while not risking out on the payments.
