This is how you can make the best use of the service as a professional landlord.
Create an account
Your first step will be to create an account if you haven’t already. Under ‘edit profile’ in the upper right corner mark yourself as a landlord and company user. Here you should also provide your company name, organizational number, and personal information, but your company name is the only thing that will be shown for potential tenants. You will also be asked to verify your account using your BankID. This is a precaution to help avoid scams and you will not be held responsible for your company’s actions.
Create a listing
A few more simple steps and you’ll have your own listing ready. Make sure to upload some nice photos and write a good description – that will make your listing more attractive, and save you time later on. Under ‘number of homes’ you can mark how many apartments you want to rent out. We recommend using this function if you rent out multiple apartments of the same type. Note that your contact details will not be published in the ad. Tenants will contact you by sending an application in Blocket bostad.
Publish your listing
When your listing is ready, click review and then publish to send it to review. Our team will review it and you'll receive an email when it's ready. Please note that you will have to verify your identity with BankID in order for the listing to be published, even if you are a professional user.
When publishing your home, you will get two options:
1. Publish on Blocket bostad marketplace - 199 kr
Your ad will be listed on Blocket bostad web and mobile apps. You will receive applications at the webpage only (bostad.blocket.se).
2. Publish on Blocket bostad marketplace and pay by invoice - 250 kr
As a professional user you can pay by invoice and get all your payments gathered on one invoice. Publishing a listing as an invoice customer costs 250 SEK. Here you can read more about it and apply to be an invoice customer.
Review applications
As soon as your listing is published you can start receiving applications to your ad. Our system gives you a great overview of all interested applicants, making it easy to spot your match. Applicants can write a personal message to you when they send a contact request. However, you can’t respond to it without accepting their request.
Get in touch
Once you have found an interesting applicant, start a conversation through our messaging function. Take the opportunity to ask questions, and maybe to schedule a time to show the house.

Both services help to create increased security for you as a landlord throughout the rental. They are automatically applied to your rental when you sign your lease through us.
