There can be several reasons why you are experiencing login issues, but most often the solution is simple. To quickly resolve the problem, start by trying the following:
- Is my user connected to the other platform?
- Check your browser and network
- Clear cookies
- Contact technical support
Is my user connected to the other platform?
The reason you encounter problems logging in to Qasa.se may simply be because your user is connected to Blocket Bostad. As soon as you sign an agreement on one or the other platform, the user is connected to the one you signed on.
This may therefore be why you do not receive the email for a password reset.
If you encounter problems logging in to bostad.blocket.se, try logging in to Qasa.se instead and vice versa.
Check your browser and network
It's possible that you are using an outdated version of the browser or there are software issues on your side. To rule this out, try logging in from a different device and browser. For example, you can try using a computer instead of a phone, or switch from Chrome to Safari.
If possible, you can also try connecting to a different network, such as mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
Clear cookies
Sometimes, old cookies can cause problems. Try clearing the cookies settings in your browser on your computer or mobile phone. You can find a guide on how to do this by clicking on this link.
Check login with another Schibsted account
A common cause of login problems is that you were recently logged in to another Schibsted account on the same device. Since you use the same account for logging in to Blocket as for other Schibsted services (e.g. Aftonbladet, Svd, Omni, etc.), your browser might be trying to log in to Blocket Bostad with the wrong account.
Try going to login.schibsted.com and log in with the correct email address and password (if you are logged in automatically, check that the email is correct - see image). Then, you can go to bostad.blocket.se and log in with the same login credentials.
