If you want to change the email address associated with your account, there is a simple way to do it:
- Start by logging in to Blocket Bostad (if you are having trouble logging in, you can read more here).
- Click on "Edit" in your profile settings next to your current email address. You can find your profile settings by clicking here.
- You will now be redirected to log in to your Schibsted account. There, you can choose to add or remove email addresses and select which one you want to use for future logins.
I no longer have access to the email address
If you no longer have access to the email address to be able to receive the confirmation email, you need to contact support. We can then ensure that you really are the owner of the profile by e.g. asks you to upload a picture of your ID, so that we can match your social security number against the one registered in the profile you no longer have access to.
Your email address and profile are linked to a Schibsted account
If your user is connected to Schibsted's services through Blocket Bostad or the marketplace Blocket.se, unfortunately, Qasa's support cannot help you change the email address through our internal systems.
In that case, please use the following link to fill in a form with Schibsted's customer support.
Select the category "Kundservice" (NOTE! Not the category 'Blocket Bostad', then you will end up back with us). You can then ask support to help you exchange email addresses or send out passwords.
